Chopped Salad With Red Endive, Romaine, Chickpeas, Avocado, Tomatoes, Asparagus, Yellow Bell Peppers, Pepitas

  1. Once all of your vegetables are chopped, transfer them to a bowl,
  2. Toss the romaine, red endive, tomatoes, avocado, bell peppers, chickpeas, tomatoes, asparagus, and pepitas with the red wine vinaigrette.
  3. Salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Serve.
